This means we primarily use hot water and pressure to clean and do not have to rely on strong detergents. We do carry “Green Products”, so let us know if that is your preference. Some chemicals used on stubborn stains, like red stains, can be harsh. It is our responsibility to let you know in advance. Some have found it better to clean their carpets more frequently since carpets that are cleaned less often might require more and stronger chemicals to get the desired look you want.
